1. Service Operator

Brand / trading name: TurnPoint, a product of ABeautifulMind.ai.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TurnPoint ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Service Description

TurnPoint is a proprietary quantitative engine that identifies statistically notable turning points across crypto, stocks, ETFs, forex, commodities and indices, and delivers structured alerts via Telegram. TurnPoint also offers licensed institutional access, programmatic (API) access, custom research engagements, and hosted/white-label infrastructure — described in the Institutional section of the site.

The Service provides quantitative research and decision-support tools only. It is not investment advice, and we do not manage your funds or execute trades on your behalf.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information where required for delivery of the Service
• Maintain the security of your Telegram account and credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not share, sell, or redistribute TurnPoint alerts, data, or methodology unless a commercial or institutional license expressly allows it
• Take full responsibility for your own trading and investment decisions

6. Trial, Subscription and Payments

Eligible new users may activate a 14-day free trial to evaluate the Service. No payment is required during the trial. TurnPoint is offered as a single plan covering all supported market categories; billing frequency (monthly, 3, 6, or 12 months) is selected in the Telegram bot. New subscribers receive a 50% discount on their first billing cycle only, after the trial; the standard rate for the selected billing frequency applies from the second cycle onward. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

By upgrading to a paid plan after using the trial, you expressly request immediate performance of the digital Service and acknowledge that you lose any statutory withdrawal / cooling-off right that may otherwise apply, because a free evaluation period was already provided.

Institutional, API, Research and Cloud engagements are governed by their own separately agreed terms, scoped individually per contract.

7. No Refunds on Paid Plans

Paid retail subscriptions are non-refundable. The free trial is the evaluation window. Market outcomes, trading losses, or change of mind after purchase do not entitle you to a refund. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in permanent account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, detection logic, methodology, and materials underlying TurnPoint are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service as permitted. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maurizio Dalco and ABeautifulMind.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee profits or protection from losses. Your trading decisions and outcomes are your sole responsibility.

10. Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect active paid subscriptions where practicable.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, abuse the trial, share invite-only access improperly, or use the Service in ways that harm the operator or other users.
